Each year Marquette University students travel to New Orleans to assist with the ongoing recovery of the community after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. They spend a week helping to rebuild homes, cleaning up streets and helping in any way that they can. Rhaoul Guillaume, Sr., being a native of New Orleans and a Marquette Alumnae, likes to honor their efforts with a dinner for the students. GOTECH employees prepare home cooked meal for the students complete with traditional Cajun fare and desserts along with entertaining stories and prizes. It truly is a great night honoring the selfless efforts of the Marquette students.
